Each lasts 60 minutes. Review what works, discuss what feels hard, and adjust the plan as you go.

A weekly call for wins, challenges, and accountability. Share with active Accelerator and Ascend members.
Your final follow-up includes a review of your progress. Repeat the relevant assessments beforehand, then agree on what comes next.

You have 90 days from the day we send your dashboard to apply your $499 payment toward Accelerator.
Your assessment visit counts as the kickoff. You receive the treatment plan, three more private visits, and 90 days of support.
After Accelerator
Ascend · $199 per month
Continue physician-led health optimization with Dr. Z, or finish with your plan and arrange future care as needed.
Earlier or extra visits can be booked for an added fee. Continuing with Ascend is your choice.
Before you begin
It is physician-led health optimization: medical assessment, treatment, and follow-up focused on your seven drivers. Dr. Z may prescribe when appropriate. Group calls and education help you put the plan into practice.
No. Accelerator and Ascend focus on your health optimization plan. Dr. Z provides medical assessment, treatment, and follow-up for that plan. Keep your primary care clinician for routine care and other health needs. These programs do not provide full concierge care, urgent care, or emergency care.
Start with the short eligibility check. Then pay, complete your secure medical intake, and have Dr. Z review your information. If we cannot accept you for care, we refund your enrollment payment in full.
For direct enrollment, your program starts when we send your dashboard after the kickoff. The same applies if you upgrade during your AgeScore360™ review. If you upgrade later, the 90 days start with your first Accelerator payment. We schedule your three follow-ups within that period.
For direct enrollment, the seven days start after your kickoff and written plan. For an AgeScore360™ upgrade, they start once your Accelerator care begins and you receive your plan. The upgrade guarantee covers the new payment. Earlier purchases keep their own refund terms. Labs, medicines, and supplements are separate costs.

Yes. Pay $2,500 upfront, or choose three payments of $900 ($2,700 total). If you have an upgrade credit, we confirm your remaining balance and payment terms before you pay.
No. You can enroll directly if eligible. Accelerator includes the full assessment. If you already bought an assessment, we check whether an upgrade credit applies.
You can apply the eligible amount you paid toward AgeScore360™ or Accelerator within 30 days of Radar delivery. That window begins when both your dashboard and video walkthrough are delivered. Medical eligibility still applies.
No. These are separate costs. We discuss those costs before you choose to proceed.
The medical programs are for adults 18 and older. Current U.S. coverage includes all states except Oregon, plus Washington, DC. Eligibility depends on where you will be during your visits.
Outside the U.S.? Submit an inquiry for individual review. You can also join a waitlist for future coaching options. An inquiry does not promise acceptance.
No. You decide at the final review whether you want ongoing care with Dr. Z. We discuss an appropriate next step either way.
