AgeScore360™ is a one-time physician assessment for health optimization. You receive your dashboard, a 60-minute review, priorities, and lifestyle guidance.
Accelerator adds a written treatment plan, prescriptions when appropriate, three follow-up visits, portal messaging, and weekly group calls. AgeScore360™ does not include that ongoing care.
No. Start with the information you have. Dr. Z can discuss whether more testing would help. Labs, medications, and supplements are separate costs.
Your dashboard shows the seven drivers of health and the data we have for each. It helps us choose where to focus. It does not diagnose a condition or predict how long you will live.
You have 90 days from the day we send your dashboard to apply your $499 AgeScore360™ payment toward Accelerator. At the current $2,500 upfront price, that leaves $2,001 to pay.
Your review counts as the kickoff, so you receive three more private visits. We confirm your eligible credit before you pay. After 90 days, a fresh assessment and the full Accelerator price apply.
Yes. Your eligible Radar payment can count toward AgeScore360™ within 30 days of delivery of both your dashboard and video walkthrough. Choose Radar in the eligibility check so we can confirm your credit before payment.
If you don’t feel clearer about your next steps, contact us within seven days for a full refund of your AgeScore360™ payment. Your visit with Dr. Z is included.
The seven days begin once you have completed your review and received your dashboard. This guarantee covers the assessment fee, not separate lab, medication, or supplement costs. It does not promise a specific health result or a prescription.

Final acceptance follows your secure medical intake. If Dr. Z cannot accept you for care, your enrollment payment is refunded in full.
